Rodrigo’s family has a mother named Izabella Blankenship and a father named Ken Blankenship. From his maternal grandparents, Rodrigo is blessed with Brazilian genes as well. But the football came from his father Ken.
Like his son, Ken played football in Florida from 1967 to 1969. Ken had coached all of Rodrigo’s teams from his fifth standard to the high schools.
