Richard Donoghue is an American attorney and prosecutor who will be appearing on the January 6th Testimony.
From December 2020 until January 2021, Richard, an American lawyer, and prosecutor held the position of acting deputy attorney general for the United States.
Prior to this, he worked as the Eastern District of New York’s US attorney from 2018 to 2020 and as the main associate deputy attorney general in 2020. In January 2018, Jeff Sessions named Donoghue as the acting US Attorney.
