Rebecca Ferguson, a talented Swedish actress, was born on October 19, 1983. Her acting career began with the Swedish soap opera Nya tider, which aired from 1999 to 2000.
In 2004, she starred in the slasher thriller Drowning Ghost, which helped her achieve popularity. Her big break came in 2013 when she played Elizabeth Woodville in the British television miniseries The White Queen.
This role got her a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress in a Miniseries or Television Film.
At the age of 13, Rebecca began modeling and appeared in a number of advertisements for jewelry, apparel, and cosmetics. She also enjoyed dancing and had experience in a variety of dance forms, including jazz, street funk, ballet, and tap.
She even taught Argentine tango while working on a number of short art cinema projects in Lund, Sweden.
Rebecca initially doubted that acting was her calling and attempted a variety of occupations, including working as a nanny, in a childcare center, at a jewelry store, a shoe store, and a Korean restaurant.
