Susan gave birth to her biological half-sister Kate and half-brother David almost a decade before she got pregnant with Raquel. She was done have children, so Laura and her husband adopted Raquel at birth.

Couture-Moncure is a real estate agent based in California. She and her husband, Gregory Moncure, work at the Sync Brokerage in Beverly Hills. Kate and Gregory married in 2014 and have since adopted two rescue dogs.

Raquel has a brother named David, who she mentioned on her Instagram when introducing her fam.
She also has another sibling who she has not mentioned on her social media or the show. According to The Dipp, she has a sibling who is six years younger. She grew up completely as a Tom Boy and is the polar opposite of Raquel. She also added that her sibling now identifies as a boy, and his name is Sam.
Leviss does not think that Sam would appear on the show as he is not really into that kind of stuff.
Is Raquel Leviss Married?
Leviss is not married, but she was once engaged to James Kennedy. The two met during a New Year’s Eve party in 2016.
James made a guest appearance in season two of Vanderpump Rules, became a recurring cast member in season three, and was finally promoted as a series regular in season four.
On the other hand, Raquel made guest appearances in season five, was made a recurring cast member in season six, and finally returned as a cast member in season nine.
Leviss and James got engaged in May 2021 after dating for over five years. He proposed at the iconic Empire Polo Fields. They celebrated their engagement in July 2021 at the Sunstone Vineyard and Winery.
Less than a year later, in December 2021, the two called off their engagement. Raquel posted on Instagram that after five wonderful years, the two decided that they had different goals and chose to end the engagement.
She also added that they love each other but aren’t in love anymore. James started dating entertainment journalist Ally Lewber in early 2022.
Raquel then briefly dated Peter Madrigal, her Vanderpump Rules costar. According to US Magazine, she hooked up with Tom Schwartz at Brock Davies and Scheana Shay’s wedding. The two have since maintained a platonic relationship.
