Shiva Devine was killed, and Rachel Elliott was seriously injured in a car collision in Bundoran, Ireland, after they were both engaged in another accident around midnight.
The first accident occurred near both women’s homes on the Belleek-to-Garrison route in Co Fermanagh, Ireland, less than 4 hours before the fatal 3.25 a.m. accident in Bundoran, Donegal.
Shiva Devine, a Belleek native, was killed in the last incident, while Rachel was seriously injured. After the accident, she was evacuated to Dublin’s Beaumont Hospital for treatment.
