Dr. Shahbaz Gill, a PTI politician and former special assistant to the prime minister for political communication, was injured in the automobile accident.
According to Dawn, Gill was going from Lahore to Islamabad when the accident occurred on the M-2 Motorway at Khanqah Dogran junction in Sheikhupura. According to a representative for the highway police, the accident happened on Thursday.
It was a murder attempt, according to Gill, who is also the chief of staff to former Prime Minister Imran Khan. “I want to remind those who assaulted me that I am alive thanks to the Almighty and my people’s prayers.” My automobile was pursued and intentionally struck.
“This was planned,” Gill stated after the event in a message on Twitter.

Dr. Shahbaz Gill, the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), who got injured in a car accident on Thursday, stated he got attacked, and his vehicle was followed and purposely damaged.
There was no evidence or documentation of another vehicle being involved, according to a highway police official. He added that the injured would get transported to Islamabad after receiving medical treatment.
According to reports, the crash happened due to the driver’s carelessness and irresponsibility. PTI Punjab Information Secretary Musarrat Cheema demanded a probe following the accident.
This is a complete disaster as Musarrat wrote on Twitter that he hoped he was safe and that the police should investigate the situation thoroughly.
