Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to
apply for a Polish Visa.
- Original Tunisia passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the intended period of stay in Poland.
- Passport must have at least one blank page for visa stamp.
- Poland application form that is completely filled and signed.
- One recent passport photograph with a white background.
- Copies of tickets or confirmed travel itinerary showing entry and exit date.
- Copies of most recent bank statement showing proof of financial means.
- Copies of confirmed hotel reservation as proof of accommodation in Poland.
- Receipt showing that application form has been paid.
- Record of good character signed by the local police department in Tunisia is required.
- Certificate of yellow fever vaccination is to be submitted by applicants.

- Invitation letter from the Poland company stating details of the business and address of the company, accompanied by the dates of visit.
- The letter of invitation must also state the type of business to be conducted or carried out in Poland.
- Letter from the applicant’s employer in Tunisia, stating that the applicant is of good moral and that the employer allows the applicant to leave throughout the required period.
- The letter of invitation must indicate if the host company is covering the financial expenses of the applicant.
