Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to
apply for a Polish Visa.
- Passport with a validity 3 months from the intended period of exiting the country. The passport must have been issued within the last 10 years and contain at least two blank pages.
- Correctly filled visa application form duly signed by the applicant.
- One passport-sized photograph not older than six months taken with a white background. The photograph should not be attached to the visa application form.
- Original copy of bank statement from the past three months prior to the period of visa application. This is proof of a steady and continuous flow of funds.
- Travel insurance which has sufficient medical coverage. The insurance should be valid for the duration of your stay in the country.
- Proof of accommodation for the period you will be staying in the country.

Requirements
- This visa is for those traveling to Poland for the purpose of recreation, relaxation, and sightseeing.
- Foreigners who have been invited to Poland by their family and friends residing in the country are the eligible applicants of this visa.
- A letter of invitation from the friend or relative inviting you to Poland is required. The letter should state valid contact information of the host and the duration of the visit.
- Foreigners visiting Poland on this visa are free to attend festivals and events of their choice.
- If the applicant of this visa is employed, a certificate of employment from his/her employer is required. The letter should state the applicant’s job position, salary level, and the length of employment.
- Minors applying for this visa should ensure they are in possession of the original of their birth certificate. If the minor is traveling with one or none of his/her parents, a notarized consent signed by both parents of the minor should be provided.
- Holders of this visa are neither allowed to be employed or take up a course of study in an institution in the country.
- Receipt of paid visa application fee is required.
- Non-Egyptians are required to present a copy of their residence permit.
- Documents to be submitted should be in English.

Requirements
- Business travelers visiting Poland for the purpose of developing and maintaining business relationships between the applicant’s company and the host company.
- Holders of this visa are allowed to negotiate and sign contracts with their partner companies during business meetings.
- Business travelers are allowed to attend trade fairs, business seminars, and conferences relating to their profession.
- An invitation issued by the business partner or institution in Poland is required. The invitation should introduce the applicant and state the nature of the business to be carried out. The duration and purpose of the visa should be stated in the letter.
- A letter from the applicant’s employer should be provided. The letter should state the applicant’s job position, salary level, and the duration of the business leave.
- The business letter provided by the sponsoring company should clearly state the entity that would be responsible for the applicant’s finances in Poland.
- Proof of previous trade relations between the host company and the sponsoring company should be provided, if any.
- Non-Egyptians applying for this visa from Egypt must provide a valid copy of their residence permit.
- Proof that the payment of visa application fee has been made is required.
Poland Medical Visa Eligibility &
Requirements
- This visa is issued to foreign nationals who are not in the best health condition traveling to Poland to seek and receive medical treatment.
- A letter from the applicant’s medical doctor in Egypt stating the medical history of the patient and the kind of treatment needed by the applicant.
- An official document from the receiving medical institution in Poland confirming that they are capable of administering the medical treatment needed by the applicant.
- Other correspondence between the sending medical doctor and the receiving medical institution, if available.
- Proof of financial arrangement made is required.
- Applicants who are less than the age of 18 years should provide the original copy of their birth certificate. A letter of consent signed by both parents of the applicant is required.
- Foreigners in Poland for medical treatment are not allowed to be paid for the services they render while they are in the country.
- All the documents to be presented during the visa application process should be in English or Polish.
Poland Student Visa Eligibility &
Requirements
- Foreigners who have the intention of studying in an academic institution in Poland are the eligible applicants of this visa.
- Applicants who have not been accepted into an academic institution in the country will not be issued this visa.
- Letter of admission from the institution the applicant has been accepted into should be provided. The letter should state the course the applicant has been accepted to study and the duration of the study programme.
- Certificates and transcripts gotten from the previously attended schools by the applicant should be provided.
- A certificate from a local physician stating that the applicant has a good health condition.
- Students are permitted to work for a part-time when school is in session and full-time when school is on break.
- This visa is valid for the duration of the study programme.
- Proof of sufficient means of subsistence is required.
- All requested documents have to be translated into English or Polish.
Poland Work Visa Eligibility &
Requirements
- Foreigners applying for the Work Visa for Poland must have been offered employment by an employer in the country.
- A letter of employment signed by both the employer and the employee should be presented during the visa application process.
- You are required to apply for a work permit.
- The employer in Poland must provide proof that there was no Poland citizen willing and available to take up the job the applicant was offered.
- Proof that the applicant of this visa will not be paid below the minimum wage during the period of employment.
- This visa will not be issued to foreigners who do not have the right qualification that matches the job they have been offered.
- A copy of your resume or CV is required.
- The documents to be submitted should in English or Polish.
