His biological parents abandoned him when he was 10 years old. He ran away from his home and became a street kid. Fortunately, he was taken by a good samaritan and took him to a boarding school.

Regarding his education, After completing his high school in a boarding school, he proceeded to Makerere University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in business Administration and Management, in 1998. 1999, he enrolled at Oak Hill London Theological School to pursue an Associate’s Degree, in Bible and Biblical studies where he graduated in 2001. 2002, he enrolled at The Master’s University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and Theological studies.

Mutabazi is the founder and Child and Youth Advocate of Now I Am Known, a nonprofit organization that supplies resources that promote and affirm children and families. He s also the World Vision senior advocate in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, he has worked there since May 2021.

Earlier worked as the senior church advisor of the eastern region in Charlotte, North Carolina Area from August 2018 to May 2021. From May 2017 to October 2018, he worked as the principal CEO for Masiko, LLC Masiko, LLC in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Area. He also worked as the assistant manager for Elevated Paver Systems in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Area from October 2016 to May 2017. He was responsible for bidding jobs and estimator.

From June 2015 to Jan 2017, he served as the sales and investment manager for the 4 Corners Homes and Pioneer Realty. He was responsible for managing sales and real estate. He also worked as the development and marketing manager for Craft Homes and Champion Property Management.

Mutabazi was responsible for developing and managing the construction of residential homes, developing marketing strategies for all the rental properties, and developing systems and procedures for rental properties. He also worked as a health insurance agent for International Hospital Kampala in Kampala, Uganda from November 1999 to Jun 2000. He was first employed as a freelance translator at Compassion International Uganda in Uganda from April 1994 to November 1998.
