Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to
apply for a Pakistani Visa.
- An Indian passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
- Duly completed and signed visa application form.
- If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.
- Passport-size photographs (2′ x 2′) taken in white background.
- Travel document.
- Proof of financial support.
- Proof of accommodation.
- Copy of return flight ticket.
- Documentation showing applicant’s ties to home country, e.g. verification from applicant’s employer.
- Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.
- Copy of travel itinerary.

The tourism industry Pakistan is a growing economy and has been regarded as the next big thing for years to come. In 2016, there were 965,498 foreign visitors in Pakistan and this amounted to 7.6 billion dollars in foreign revenue. The government expects the tourism industry to generate as much as $9.5 billion by 2025.
All tourists are required to cover their arms and legs while in public places at all times. Illegal drugs are strongly prohibited, lengthy prison sentences are handed out to people caught with these drugs. The punishment for people involved in murder, blasphemy, rape and unlawful assembly is death.

Pakistan Visitor Visa Eligibility &
Requirements
- Indians traveling to Pakistan for tourism and visitation purposes should apply for the Pakistan visit visa.
- However, this visa doesn’t allow Indians apply for tourism purposes; just visitation purposes.
- This visa is valid for 30 days and is not extendable.
- Indians who stay longer than the time permitted by the visa are subject to a fee of 40 Rupees per day of overstay.
- Applicants are required to provide a sponsorship letter from those they are visiting in Pakistan.
- A copy of the sponsor’s Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) must be required.
- Applications from Indian passport holders must be cleared directly from the Ministry of Interior.
- Indian nationals are also restricted in the availability of ports of entry to Pakistan, and instead must enter and leave the country via designated points, including the Wagah border, as well as through airports in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi.
- Indian nationals are typically required to enter and exit Pakistan through the same post, unless permission is sought in advance.
- Polio vaccination within one year before travel may be required to exit Pakistan.

- Various districts in Azad Jammu Kashmir.

Requirements
- The Pakistan business visa is issued to Indians traveling to Pakistan for business purposes.
- This visa is valid for 30 days but can be extended from 90-180 days with multiple entries.
- Four business visa forms (back to back print) must be provided. Information should be typed and not hand written.
- Applicants are required to provide an original letter of Invitation from their Pakistani business partners.
- A original Chamber of Commerce letter from Pakistan is required.
- An original copy of a recommendation letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce must be provided.
- A covering letter from the applicant’s Indian company is required.
- A valid Polio (OPV) certificate is required.
- Applicants are required to provide bank statement of the last 1 year.
- A copy of the latest balance sheet of the Indian Company (Auditors final report) is required.
