Ernst Verduin was a Jewish holocaust survivor. Further, he was one of the last Dutch survivors of the Auschwitz death camp. But sadly he left everyone on 12th December 2021.
Likewise, Ernst survived not only Auschwitz even also a “death march” that ultimately directed to the Buchenwald concentration camp. Furthermore, at the age of sixteen ended up in line for the gas chamber in Auschwitz, however, he managed to work himself into the line for forced laborers.
Similarly, Ernst was just 18 years when he was sent from Amsterdam to Westerbork before sending to Auschwitz in September 1943.

Obituary: Who Is Ernst Verduin?
Ernst Verduin was just a Jewish holocaust survivor of the Auschwitz death camp. He has been repeatedly searched on the internet as his death news has been circulating all over the internet.
Further, on arrival in Auschwitz-Birkenau Ernst was first sent for the gas chamber but then somehow managed to leave the “gas chamber group” and enter the group selected for slave labor.
Though “An SS-officer opposed loudly, but without caring him he escaped from the place. However, he mentioned he was thankful that the officer didn’t use his machine gun and kill him.
But he wasn’t the only one who changed from one group to another. He had seen the most dreadful scene over there as prisoners were taken to the gas chamber and he knew everyone was about to die.
Fortunately, Verduin only stayed for some hours in Auschwitz and was then transferred to Monowitz where he stayed between September 1943 and mid-January 1945.
In this way, Ernst Verduin survived the Auschwitz death camp, and still, he is recognized for his survival though he is not among us today.

Auschwitz Survivor Ernst Verduin Death Cause
94-year-old Ernst Verduin’s official cause of death is not announced yet. But, considering his age, Ernst reportedly passed away due to natural causes.
Also, some unofficial reports suggest the cause behind his death can be flea bites as Verduin had earlier mentioned he was very ill and fell into a coma during the Auschwitz death camp.
