Nile Former British artistic gymnast Michael Wilson had a successful career in the sport. In addition to taking home a silver medal with the British team at the 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships—the first men’s team medal in British gymnastics history—he also won a bronze medal in the men’s horizontal bar event at the 2016 Summer Olympics.
He was also the first Englishman to win the European horizontal bar championship. He was a five-time Commonwealth Games winner who won the all-around title in 2018.
