Lil Mosey prison sentence could lead him to a lifetime. However, he is currently free on unsecured bail of $50,000.
He will stand trial alongside Prater and Darrow shorty. The charge came from an incident on January 5, 2020, at Mosey’s cabin in Randle, Washington, where he had hosted a party.
Lil was not yet an adult when the incident occurred; he turned 18 on January 25, 2020.
Echols is prohibited from contacting or coming within 500 feet of the victim under a pre-trial sexual assault protective order.
Mosey is also prohibited from possessing firearms or using drugs. Mosey faces a minimum of 78 to 102 months of life imprisonment if convicted.
Mosey asked the court for permission to present evidence that he had multiple consensual sexual encounters with his alleged victim, but the court denied his request.
In April of last year, the “Blueberry Faygo” rapper pleaded not guilty to a second-degree rape charge in Washington’s Lewis County Superior Court.
Following reports that police wanted him on the run, his lawyers, Amy Muth and Jennifer Atwood maintained the 19-year-old rhymer’s innocence.

The incident revealed that an unnamed woman claimed she was raped by Mosey and another man, the alleged victim’s friend.
The women were identified by the initials M.K.J. and J.M.H. in court documents.
After drinking White Claw alcoholic beverages and champagne, the alleged victim claims she agreed to have sex with Mosey in a car.
Lil Mosey was accused of squeezing her, pushing her legs open, and having sex with her.
The woman went on to say that she blacked out again and awoke to another man, who she assumed was Prater. She also claims to have bruises on her body.
