Ariana Taylor from Gary Indiana has been reportedly missing for more than a week. The police discovered her car crashed in a wooded area near the I-80/94 junction.
Authorities are continuously searching for a missing mother from Northwest Indiana, the investigation has been resumed after her car was discovered crashed by Gary police on Sunday.
According to Ariana Taylor’s family, the 23-year-old lady hasn’t been seen or heard from late Saturday night. Her friends and loved ones gathered to search for her again at noon on Friday.

Late Sunday, Gary police reported that a “body” that has been encountered not far from where prospectors detected the SUV of missing mom Ariana Taylor was actually a “life-sized silicone/ rubber type female mannequin.”
Gary Police Lt. Dawn Westerfield emailed the press something quite the opposite before reported on Sunday: “Upon arrival, officers detected a body; however, no identification can be made at this time.”
The Lake County Dispatch was informed about the death scene by a Nipsco employee serving in the areas of 15th Ave and Lake St in the city of Gary. Upon the arrival, the search turned out to be a false alarm and the body was discovered to be not human but a lifelike female doll.
Before the situation was announced to be a false alarm, Taylor’s family was at the scene at15th Avenue and Lake Street on Sunday. Her blue jeans and gyms shoes were found near the I-80/94 Junction in Gary.
