In the strangled death of a young girl, a previously convicted sex offender, who was freed on probation after raping a youngster, is now in jail.
According to the police report, Akers acknowledged murdering the girl. Mathy-Zwyfler wanted to meet the band performing at the Sunshine on July 16, and Akers consented to accompany her upstairs.
