Requirements
- This visa is issued to foreigners who have the intention of engaging in business activities during their time in the country.
- Business travelers can be involved in the negotiation and signing of business contracts during business meetings with their partners.
- During your time in the country, you are allowed to attend trade fairs, conferences, and business seminars.
- A letter from the applicant’s employer in Egypt should be provided. The letter must state the awareness and allowance of the applicant’s business leave.
- An official letter of invitation from the inviting company is required. The letter must be printed on the company’s letterhead and must state the duration and purpose of the applicant’s visit.
- The business letter from the inviting company must state who will be responsible for the applicant’s finances in the country.
- Proof of previous trade relations between the two companies should be provided, if any.
