Madden 24 Face Of The Franchise will allow user to create a player in any position in career mode to be the best player in the league.
It was first introduced in Series 20 released on 2nd August 2019. Superstar Mode will replace it in its new installment.
In a single-player career mode, you build a player, play as that character, and help them rise to the top.
In the current version of Madden 23, the procedure saw a change. It is a part of small iterations that the developers ran to spice things up and provide freshness to the game.
This time, your created athlete has already experienced five years in the league and has offers from all the teams. You can choose the franchise based on the contract details.
Madden 24 modes will feature Superstar Mode, Superstar Showdown, Franchise Mode, Ultimate Team, and others. It will also bring back the Mini Game.

The game mode was first introduced in Madden NFL 99. Its cover featured John Madden.
Since its inception, this particular approach has been favored by the users. Players can sign and trade athletes, allocate ticket prices, and take their team to ultimate glory.
This year the developers have been tasked with presenting the video game on a more extensive and grander scale. It is termed the ‘make or break’ year for the franchise.
With that approach, some of the new additions and improvements made to the Franchise Mode in Madden 24 are listed below:
- Team upgrade through skill points from mini-games
- Franchise relocation with new attire, emblem, and place
- Free Agency 2.0 allows contract restructuring and counter deals to key sportspersons
- Inclusion of six trade slots, with a capacity of three player trades at once
- Addition of training camps and weekly practices
- 50 new draft generators will help provide a variety
- Commissioner tool to modify XP and age relationship of a sportsperson
Madden 24 Superstar Mode
Madden 24 Superstar Mode is the latest addition to this year’s game, coming out on 18th August 2023. Josh Allen is the cover athlete.
Superstar mode Madden replaces the Face of the Franchise mode. The new gaming option was last featured in 2013’s Madden NFL 25.
It was released to commemorate 25 years of Madden NFL game series.
The Superstar Mode make its grand return in 2023, which can bring a remarkable turnaround for the company, which has recently been bombarded with negative responses.
It will not have the story cliches and unworthy dialogues ever present in its processors. Instead, the focus is on direct play with fewer interferences and more action.
Producer Connor Dougan spoke with Polygon and stated that the narrative helps shape the immersive experience in the game. “There’s a little bit of setup narrative through the timeline, but it’s really just about setting up the experience.”
Likewise, Superstar Showdown replaces The Yard. It will be a three-on-three multiplayer mode where you can compete against the AI or other online groups with your pals.
A significant change from The Yard is the control of 21 athletes. Previously, the users only got possession of some key pieces.
The abovementioned features are not available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Career Mode
Madden 24 career mode will start you on a footballer’s journey. The mini-games help create the environment of the NFL Combine.
You will certainly need to hit great numbers in bench press, shuttle rep, 40-yard dash, and other drills to earn a good rating.
It will help you get XP in both franchise mode and superstar mode.
Madden 24 Relocation Teams
Madden 24 Relocation Teams are available to move to 19 different cities. You can shift a franchise’s city and other things via coach or owner modes.
When you start a career mode, ensure the Relocation Settings are turned on. If you select ‘Normal’ or ‘Users only,’ you can only move your team’s location with a stadium rating under 20.
But, if you choose ‘Everyone (can relocate)’ or ‘All Users Only,’ you can move any franchise to available places. The shifting process comes with the perks of choosing a new uniform, name, and emblem, which will be adjusted into your new stadium.
The process of shifting a team’s base city can be achieved by following the steps below:
- Choose ‘Manage Team’ > Stadium > Relocate.
- In week 5, you will see ‘Start Relocation,’ select it.
- In the subsequent weeks, you will be asked to enter the new team name and choose a logo, uniform color, and designs.
Available Cities to Relocate
These are the cities where you can shift your team:
- London, England
- Mexico City, Mexico
- Toronto, Canada
- San Antonio, Texas
- Orlando, Florida
- Salt Lake City, Utah
- Brooklyn, New York
- Memphis, Tennessee
- Chicago, Illinois
- Sacramento, California
- Columbus, Ohio
- Portland, Oregon
- Austin, Texas
- Dublin, Ireland
- Houston, Texas
- San Diego, California
- Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
- Oakland, California
- St. Louis, Missouri
The last two, Oakland and St. Louis, do not have a re-branding option. If you choose them, you must stick with your current logo, uniform, and color combination.
While considering a city for the move, remember that location’s Fan Interest meter, market size, and personality. These factors must be acknowledged while picking the logo and team attire.
Top 5 relocations
These are the top five relocations worthy of making in Madden 24:
Buffalo Bills or Detriot Lions to Toronto, Canada
Since the Eastern coast is already packed with too many heavyweights, taking the Bills or Lions to Toronto can be an ideal match.
You can get the names like Toronto Huskies, Mounties and Thunderbirds.
Jacksonville Jaguars or Tampa Bay Buccaneers to Mexico City
Mexico Diablos or Mexico Golden Eagles both sound great to the ears. Taking Jaguars or Buccaneers to Mexico can provide an entire nation’s support.
Wahington Commanders to Salt Lake City
Moving the Commanders to Salt Lake City opens up new opportunities. The crowded East Coast market is not favorable at the moment.
Salt Lake Elks, Pionners, or Flyers give a good ring to the ears.
Baltimore Ravens to Portland
The northwestern market is open for business, and taking the Ravens to capture it seems like a good affair.
New names available are Portland River Hogs, Snowhawks, and Lumberjacks. Portland Snowhawks provide a commanding outlook for the franchise.
Green Bay Packers to Dublin
The Packers’ move from Green Bay to the Emerland Isle of Dublin, Ireland, seems logical.
A new stadium, fresh look, and much-needed change for the new emblem point out the shift. They can play as Dublin Celtic Tigers, Shamrocks, or Antlers, anyone of your choice.
