This Instagram model, celebrity and dance-instructor was born on May 22, 1989 in Sonoma County, California to Tony Panterra and Elizabeth. She is of mixed ancestry, Persian and Iranian, although she holds American citizenship.
Named Alexis Liela Afshar at birth, she earned her moniker Lex Luther from her Iranian father Tony because she could lovingly manipulate those around her to get by.
