Two co-owners of The Colonial bar and restaurant in downtown Binghamton were arrested in November about the accused rape and torture of two women.
Yaron “Ron” Kweller, 41, of Binghamton, has been charged with one count of rape in connection with an event that occurred during Thanksgiving weekend.
Jordan Rindgen, a 33-year-old Colonial co-owner, currently faces counts of criminal possession of a controlled drug.

According to police, Leor Kweller, 42, of Brooklyn, has been charged with third-degree rape. He is the brother of Yaron Kweller, a 41-year-old Vestal man charged with the same crime on Feb 23.
Police also arrested Jordan Ringden was charged with the fifth-degree criminal sale of a harmful chemical. The arrests are part of an incident that happened on November 27, 2021.
The Colonial is managed by Yaron Kweller and Ringden, who were also involved in the Dos Rios Cantina and Stone Fox operations. They were removed from restaurant operations in December.
After the word of the alleged sexual assaults spread on social media, forcing the restaurants to shut down. Hundreds of people rallied in downtown Binghamton to oppose permanent closure.

Leor Kweller is the brother of Yaron Kweller, one of the Colonial Bar & Restaurant owners. Yaron Kweller was charged with sexual rape in the third degree about the same incident.
Yaron Kweller and Ringden wrote a post on social media denouncing “baseless claims” of sexual assault. However, the post was deleted within a few hours after multiple reports.
