Kim Jung-Ju Net Worth: Kim Jung-Ju is a South Korean entrepreneur who has a net worth of $1.6 billion. Kim Jung-Ju is the founder of Nexon, Korea’s largest online gaming company. Nexon created popular games such as Kart Rider and Maple Story. In 2010, Jung-Ju expanded by acquiring rivals Ndoors and Gamehi. Nexon now boasts over 350 million users all over the world in more than 72 countries, 64% of its revenues coming from outside South Korea. His wife Yoo Jung-Hyun is also a major shareholder. Now the country’s foremost online game producer, Nexon’s annual revenues are expected to exceed $900 million. Known as a big kid at heart, Kim Jung-Ju, the admitted longtime Lego bricklayer, recently bought BrickLink, the world’s biggest reseller of Lego parts. His sights were then set on an even younger customer base when he took over Norwegian outfit Stokke, which makes $2,000 baby strollers for the posh baby, which caused analysts to raise the inevitable question: What does a gaming company know about baby buggies? Jung-Ju made the world’s first online game (The Kingdom of the Winds) nearly 2 decades ago.
