Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to
apply for a Latvian Visa.
- Valid passport for at least 6 months beyond the date of departure from Latvia. The original must be submitted along with a copy of each page.
- Two recent passport-sized photos (35mm x 45mm).
- Fully accomplished and duly signed application form.
- Payment of air ticket.
- Detailed original flight itinerary, including the date of arrival and departure.
- Evidence of adequate financial means (recent original bank and/or credit card statements).
- Travel health insurance.
- Embassy working hours are from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (Mondays-Fridays).
- Confirmed hotel reservation.
- Underage children cannot apply for a visa. Both parents must fill out and sign the application form for their children.

Requirements
- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Latvia for studies.
- A completely filled study visa application form.
- A valid passport.

- All educational documents- X, XII/PUC, and Bachelors Certificates and Marksheet (Translated into English)
- The provisional certificate is not accepted.

Requirements
- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Latvia for tourism/visitation.
- Fill the Latvian tourist visa online application form.
- 2 photos must be attached. The photos should be of passport format, a recent whole-face capture with a white background.
- Your passport and copies of your previous visas, valid for at least 3 months beyond return date are required.
- A letter of invitation from the host.
- Your passport must have at least two blank pages.
- Europe Travel insurance confirmation of minimum 30,000 € coverage within Latvia and the entire Schengen zone.
- A cover letter stating the purpose of your travel to Latvia and itinerary
- Flight Itinerary with dates and flight numbers specifying entry and exit from Latvia
- Regular income generated in the latest 6 months
- Hotel reservation for the whole duration of the intended stay in the Republic of Latvia.
- Proof of civil status (marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, death certificate of spouse, ration card if applicable).
- Proof of sufficient financial means for the period of stay in Latvia.
- As the European Commission tells, according to the Immigration Law, foreign nationals who want to enter and reside in the Republic of Latvia need to attest enjoying at least 14€/day for the duration of their stay, at the moment applying for a Latvian Visa to the Latvian Embassy or Consulate.
