The Kardashian family is probably the most famous family on earth. There is no other family that has risen to fame on a silver platter quite like the Kardashian family. Kourtney Kardashian is the first born of this family. Like all members of her family, she is a social personality, model, and television personality. She also dabbled in acting, although she didn’t have the success she expected. Her life has been full of drama, some from her own family and some from her family. They love to be in the spotlight and they have caught the world’s attention in an amazing way.
Kourtney Kardashian’s family
Kourtney was born in Los Angeles on November 18, 1979. His mother is the famous Kris Jenner. Her father, Robert Kardashian, was a renowned lawyer. In fact, he became really famous for his role in the gripping OJ Simpson murder case. Kourtney attended Marymount High School in Los Angeles and later pursued a degree in theater arts at the University of Arizona. It goes without saying that Kourtney has both beauty and brains.
Her parents divorced in 1991 and her mother remarried a decathlon runner, Bruce Jenner. Last year, 2015, Bruce underwent transgender surgery and now goes by the name Caitlyn Jenner. From her first marriage, Kourtney Kardashian’s mother, Kris had four children. From her second marriage, Kris had two children. Also, before Bruce married Kris, he had already been married twice. The marriages produced four children two from each of the wives, they include; Burton “Burt”, Brandon, Casey and Brody. This leaves Kourtney with a total of 8 siblings. However, the four children from Bruce’s previous marriages are much less popular and little to no information is known about them. As a result, Kourtney is widely believed to have five siblings who all feature on the E!

Kourtney is the eldest of her five popular siblings. She has two sisters, Khloe and Kimberly Kardashian, and a younger brother, Robert Kardashian Junior. The Kardashians rose to fame after their mom Kris met Ryan Seacrest from E! to start a family-centric reality show. The series, Keeping Up with The Kardashians (KUWTK) debuted on the E! Network on 2007 and has since been running.
However, her sister, Kim Kardashian, is a celebrity in her own right. She is married to world-renowned rapper, Kanye West, and her figure has long caught the world’s attention. She has also raised a number of controversial points, starting with the sex tape that split her from singer Ray J in 2007. Kim is never afraid to stand up for what she believes in, regardless of world opinion. It seems to run in the family, as evidenced by Bruce Jenner’s bold move in the controversial transgender operation.
Kourtney had a taste of fame long before she talked about “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” In 2005, she was featured in Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive, a charity reality show.
As a businesswoman, Kourtney together with herSmooch opened a children’s boutique in Los Angeles. Her sisters also have an entrepreneurial streak, as they have several designer brands, ranging from perfumes to clothes to makeup products. With her sisters, she released a clothing line for Bebe. The Kardashians have the Midas touch as evidenced by their success in all their endeavours. Also, together with her siblings, they produced a book in 2010 called Kardashian Konfidential.
Kourtney’s husband, children and motherhood
Kourtney met Scott Disick at a house party in 2006, one thing led to another and before you knew it, they were in a committed relationship. Although they never officially married due to frequent friction in their relationship, they had three children together. Kourtney ended her relationship with Scott in July 2015. The breakup was due to online images of Scott frolicking with another woman, celebrity stylist Chloe Bartoli, and Scott’s ongoing addiction to alcohol.
Kourtney’s firstborn is a cute boy named MasonDash Disick. He was born on December 14, 2009. Mason, just like his mother, has been famous since his younger years. Her very birth was recorded and aired on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Mason was an only child for about three years, until he had a cute sister in 2012. His sister Penelope Scotland Disick was born on July 8, 2012. Kourtney’s last child is a boy named Reign Aston Disick. He shares a birth date with his older brother, but with a five-year age difference, as he was born in 2014. Kourtney’s children have been labeled as ordinary kids, completely untouched by their fame.
