Kip Noll, sometimes known as Kip Knoll, was an American homosexual pornographic film actor and magazine model during the 1970s and 1980s. He was born in New York City and raised in Los Angeles. Noll, who is a lean-muscled, shaggy-haired, free-spirited surfer type, rose to legendary stature in the newly liberal homosexual society of the late 1970s and early 1980s, when he appeared on the cover of Time magazine. As a result of his introduction into the homosexual pornographic film business, he became intimately connected with filmmaker William Higgins, who cast Kip in a series of silent film loops in 1977, which were later released on videotape.

Noll was cast in the role of the alleged younger brother of actor Bob Noll, and he quickly rose to fame as the well-known “Noll.” Following the popularity of his film, many other unrelated models were introduced as his brothers, including Scott, Jeff, and Mark Noll. By the early 1980s, Kip Noll had established himself as one of the first celebrities in the homosexual porn business, as well as a frequent performer at the infamous “D.C. Follies” club in Washington, DC. In the early 1980s, Kip appeared in a series of Higgins films, most of them were set in the outdoors in California or Hawaii. He appeared in both the leading and supporting roles.
