Firefighter and two-time Survivor competitor Keith Nale passed away at the age of 62.
The fan-favorite contestant, who participated in the 2014 and 2015 seasons of Survivor: San Juan del Sur, was remembered in a joint message posted on Instagram on Wednesday by Survivor host Jeff Probst and the show’s Instagram account.
The statement said, “On behalf of the entire Survivor cast, we express our sincere sympathies to the Nale family. “Keith was a unique individual.

Cancer devoured him and caused him to die. At his residence in Shreveport, Louisiana, he died away this afternoon, according to Kevin. Firefighter Nale took part in Survivor: San Juan del Sur (2014) and Survivor: Cambodia (2015).
