Kâzım Arar ya da Mehmet Kazim Arar (d. 1903, Çankırı) – (ö. 26 Ocak 1977), Türk siyasetçi.

Hususi eğitim almıştır. Eskişehir Hazine Muhasipliği, İnhisârlar İdaresi İzmir Karşıyaka Satış Deposu Kâtipliği, Polis Enstitüsü Stenografi ve Daktilo Öğretmenliği, Gazetecilik, Türkiye İş Kurumu Ankara Şubesi Organizatörlüğü, Çalışma Bakanlığı Ankara Şubesi Müdürlüğü, TBMM IX. ve 1.(XII) Dönem Çankırı Milletvekilliği yapmıştır. Evli ve beş çocuk babasıdır.
