Jose Garces Plastic Surgery
Jose Garces plastic surgery includes fillers or botox on his cheeks and mouth area. These are cosmetic treatments given through injections.
Going with the recent trend, most celebrities fail to acknowledge that they are aging and let go of their youth. In doing so, they seek various treatments like botox, fillers, and plastic surgery.
Both fillers and botox are minimally invasive and do not require surgery. Fillers involve ingredients that add fullness to areas that have lost volume while Botox involves purified bacteria to freeze muscles.
Talking about the difference, Botox is injected into specific muscles to relax them and fillers are injected under the skin to address dynamic lines and wrinkles.
And even though the Iron chef has not shared about using any of these cosmetic procedures, his facial transformation hint at using them. He is 42 years old but looks younger than his age.
If you compare his past and present pictures, you will clearly notice significant changes in his facial features. He looks young, energetic, and more lively with hardly visible wrinkles, fine lines, and saggy skin.
However, it’s not mandatory that the chef has used such cosmetic treatments to look younger. It can also be the outcome of his diet, exercise, and healthy lifestyle
Moreover, his weight loss and beard have also contributed to his different appearance.

The recent pictures of the restaurateur suggest he has lost significant weight and looks much lighter than before. Fans have even estimated that he has lost roughly 5-10 pounds.
Well, that’s not much and the change is not much drastic. But it is noticeable as he used to be a bit too big for those not to notice.
It is believed that the James Beard award-winning chef follows a new diet plan incorporating nutritious and healthy food into his daily meals to shed a noticeable amount of weight.
He combines healthy recipes into his daily meals. Jose Garces has created a healthier version of many dishes that people think are unhealthy. His recipes are loved and followed by people all around the world.
When it comes to roasted pork, we think it’s unhealthy as it contains a lot of fat. But Garces’ recipe of Slow Roasted Pork presents a healthy formula for the dish.
He combines a little bit of sugar, mustard, and salt to make a rub for the pork. He keeps the pork marinated for at least six hours. He then preheats the oven to 325 degrees and places the marinated pork in it.
The chef then rinses the pork which makes it lose some fat. Now, he roasts the pork in a pan. The pan should be covered with aluminum and cooked until the temperature reaches 175 degrees.
Now, the delicious Garces’ style pork is ready to be served.

The Iron Chef is among the 32 participants of Season 4 of the Tournament of Champions. The first battle of the tournament saw Garces face Kelsey Bernard Clark.
He defeated Clark in the first round by a score of 89-85. The second battle was Eric Adjepong versus Graham Elliot and the third battle was between Lee Ann Wong and Brian Malarkey. Lee and Eric won the face-off.
For the second battle, Garces took on Eric. Their ingredients were Arctic Char, deli slicer, game day feast, and lamb loin chops.
The chef opted to make two dishes, an Arctic Char slider, and lamb harissa nachos. The judges even had a debate whether the fish was overcooked but they commended the bold flavors on the nachos.
Chef Eric presented a traditional Trinidad and Tobago dish and served it on fry bread. The concept was unique but the bread might have absorbed a little too much oil.
