Jannique Martinez’s Racist Neighbor Case
One of the residents, Jannique Martinez, has said that John plays very loud music and often retaliates by playing racial slurs and monkey noises. She has alerted police officers about the music.
Jannique spent eleven years in the military, and her husband is also in the military.
Whenever the family steps out of their house, the monkey noises would start playing. Jannique called it disgusting and racist. She even recorded some of the audio on her phone. The racial slurs and noises continue even when her school-age children are going outside or playing on the lawn.
Jannique revealed that her son is terrified of Eskildsen. Her family isn’t the only one being harassed by his antics, and other families in the Virginia Beach area have songs played while they are outside as well. Jannique does not feel like the Virginia Beach police department has done anything to make the neighbors feel safe in their houses, reports Wavy.
