Joe Piscopo SNL
His work on SNL normally prompted Hollywood and featuring jobs in such raving successes as Wise Guys (with Danny DeVito) and Johnny Dangerously (with Michael Keaton).
He is the host of the Joe Piscopo Morning Show which pretense weekdays from 6-10 am on AM970 The Answer.
After stretches as a circle racer and supper theater entertainer, Joe went to satire. In 1980, he was picked to join a recently shaped troupe accused of one of the most troublesome undertakings in TV history—supplanting the first cast of Saturday Night Live.
When he left the show in 1985, Joe had left his blemish on the program, and the nation, on account of his wide scope of comical unique characters. Also big-name pantomimes, from The Sports Guy and Doug Whiner to David Letterman and, obviously, Frank Sinatra, who more than once supported Joe’s depiction of him, alluding to Joe as ‘The Vice-Chairman of the Board.’
Joe Piscopo Eddie Murphy
Piscopo and Murphy would anchor the cast for the coming four years. In maybe their most memorable sketch together, Piscopo’s role was Sinatra and Murphy’s role was Stevie Wonder as they teamed up for a racially incendiary duet of “Ebony And Ivory.”
Later, Piscopo and Murphy left after the 1984 season for Hollywood. Joe acted in a few movies — like 1984’s “Johnny Dangerously” and 1986’s “Wise Guys” — and in TV commercials as a pitchman for Miller Lite.
But his career never reached the same heights as Murphy, whose nearly 40 films have grossed more than $3.8 billion all over the word.
