Low is currently a fugitive from justice. He has not been arrested or charged in Malaysia; his whereabouts are currently unknown.

There have been reports that Low is being held under house arrest in China, but these reports have not been confirmed. His legal team has denied that he is being held under house arrest and said that he is free to travel.

However, there is evidence that Low may be under some form of restriction in China. In 2019, Low was seen in Macau, a special administrative region of China. However, he has not been seen in public since then.

Whatever the case may be, Low’s whereabouts are still unknown. He is a wanted man who will eventually be brought to justice.
