Jessie Foster (KTVZ) is a popular American Producer, reporter and anchor of KTVZ NewsChannel 21. Foster grew up in Central Oregon where she developed the passion to be an anchor at a very young age. She co-anchors NewsChannel 21 at Sunrise with Mike Allen and also works alongside Chief Meteorologist Bob Shaw.

After she graduated from Summit High School in 2012, Jessie attended the University of Oregon. There she earned her Cum Laude from the School of Journalism and communications with a minor in political science in June 2016.

Thereafter she landed her first job at KTVZ in July 2016. Jessie was raised by a family of Beaver fans. Sources have also stated that Jessie was an opinion columnist for the Daily Emerald newspaper where she reported and anchored for the student Duck TV Broadcasting Show.

From there, she studied cultural journalism in Greece an Italy during her junior year. When Jessie is not at work, she enjoys horseback riding or you will find her at a rodeo.
