Jesse Eden Metcalfe is an American musician and actor famous for his portrayal of John Rowland in the television show The Desperate Housewives. He has an estimated net worth of $12 million.
Metcalfe starred in the ABC comedy-drama series Desperate Housewives starting October 2004 as John Rowland, a teenage gardener. He got involved in an affair with Gabrielle Solis – a married housewife played by Eva Longoria Baston. Because of that role, Metcalfe eventually won the “Choice TV Breakout Performance: Male” Award at the Teen Choice Awards. Metcalfe briefly juggled his roles on Desperate Housewives and Passions before leaving Passions so he can focus on Desperate Housewives. After the initial season, Metcalfe returned to star on the series on a recurring basis. However, he made his last appearance as a special guest star last October 2009.
