Jelena is best known as the wife of Serbian tennis star Novak Djokovic.
Jelena was raised in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia and has an elder sister named Marija.
Jelena is the national director of the ‘Novak Djokovic Foundation,’ a charity that works for underprivileged children.
Jelena is the founder of the digital marketing firm ‘Jelena Ristic Consulting.’
Jelena has also had a brief career as a model.
Aside that, Jelena is multilingual and has a flair for writing, too.
For her education, Jelena attended a sports high-school in Belgrade and went on to attend ‘Bocconi University’ in Milan, from where she earned a degree in business administration.

Novak Djokovic met his future wife, Jelena (born Jelena Ristić), in high school, and began dating her in 2005.
The pair became engaged in September 2013, and on 10 July 2014 the couple were married on Sveti Stefan in Montenegro.
A church wedding was held in the same place, on 12 July 2014, in the Church of Saint Stephen (Serbian Cyrillic: Црква Светог Архиђакона Стефана) which belongs to Praskvica Monastery.
