What Happened To The Jedi Master Tera Sinube?

The audience wondered what occurred to Tera Sinube, a Jedi Order member during the Clone Wars.

Sinube had attained the rank of Jedi Master and was in the leadership of a Jedi Temple station on Derra around 231 BBY.

When the Nihil pirates invaded the adjacent planet Cyclor, Master Stellan Gios called Sinube for help, and Sinube ordered the famed Ikkrukkian Master Porter Engle to command a fleet of Jedi Vectors to the planet’s aid.

Sinube was the chief of the Jedi youngling Hawkbat Clan, which also included Zang Arraira, Arath Tarrex, Sifo-Dyas, and Dooku, years before the Naboo Revolution.

Obi Wan Kenobi  Character Development And Preview

While Tera isn’t a well-known cameo, fans of the animated series will recognize him as the ancient Jedi who hid his lightsaber in his walking staff.

The audience looked to be unaware of the rest of the Jedi in the tomb. While the initial brief shot of the tomb’s fullness looked to depict familiar Jedi Plo Koon and Quinlan Vos, closer scrutiny reveals that they are not the same as their live-action and animated counterparts.

In the tomb, Kenobi also discovered the body of a youngling who was still wearing the prequels’ training helmet, as well as several other weird Jedi.

Strangely, the program spent so much time on obscure Jedi when there are some well-known, deceased Jedi with whom audiences would identify.

It’s also possible that if Vos and Plo Koon were in the tomb, they might have gotten Kenobi’s notice more than Tera Sinube, who was relatively obscure.
