‘She is the most magnificent individual that has ever walked this world, she is the strongest, funniest, nicest, most totally good person I’ve ever known,’ Mr. Burke wrote.

‘I am completely devastated. She irrevocably altered my life, and I’ll never be the same.’ After concluding his tragic eulogy, Lewis thanked followers for privacy but assured them that a memorial ceremony in Jazz’s honor will be organized.

Small Teen, Bigger World premiered in July 2010 and followed Burkitt’s life for a year, including her 16th birthday, a vacation to New York, and her quest to find her birth father.

She also talked of being bullied at school and getting hurt after a guy tossed her in the air.

Burkitt went on the show while living in Colwyn Bay, North Wales, as a registered caregiver for her 37-year-old mother Bev. Unfortunately, she died in 2014 after suffering from lung and respiratory difficulties.

Both had an undetected kind of dwarfism for which doctors had no explanation.

Despite being born with dwarfism, the 3ft 11ins actress wanted to convince the world that she was just like any other youngster during her time on the program.

Jasmin, who was born in Conwy, Wales, won fans’ hearts after her TV appearance and went on to publish her memoirs in 2013.
