Carr played Under-15 football for St. Thomas and was selected to the Under-17 National Training squad.

Carr, a resident of Yallahs’ Heartsease neighborhood, and Andrew Mullings, a cab driver who lived in the neighborhood’s Newlands, were both slain.
Mullings was reportedly driving his blue 2003 Toyota Corolla down the main route at around 4:45 p.m. with Carr in the passenger seat and two unidentified men in the rear seat.
According to the authorities, after hearing explosions, the car lost control, struck a gray Toyota Corolla, a utility post, and ended up in a ravine.
When the two men got out of the car, there were tremendous explosions again, and they fled the scene on foot.
According to reports, Carr was en route to football practice when the event happened.

On Friday afternoon, assailants opened fire along the main road of Lloydsville in Yallahs, St. Thomas, killing two people, including Carr.
