She is accused of murdering Shad Thyrion in February 2022. Court documents from March 2, 2022, when an updated suit was filed, revealing horrifying facts about the crime.

Thyrion and Schabusiness were having consensual sex in his mom’s basement before he was killed, according to authorities.

According to the allegation, Thyrion’s mother found her son’s head in a bucket that had been wrapped by a towel and reported to authorities Schabusiness was the last person seen with him.

Schabusiness picked up the victim’s shad at about 9:30 p.m. on Monday, February 21, 2022.  They were seen heading down downstairs on Monday night or early Tuesday.

According to the complaint, Schabusienss revealed that she and the victim were smoking methamphetamine and having sexual intercourse while shad had a chain in his neck.

During the intercourse, she went mad and started strangling the victim. The blood started to flow from his mouth and his face turned purple, but she continued to strangle him even harder.

Schabusiness said to investigators that she kept playing with the victim’s body after he died and conducted sexual activities with him after he died, according to the complaint.
