“I needed the money, George, I needed the money,” an ashamed Robin retorted. She added, “I can’t believe you said that,” according to The Sun.
However, the tension between the two hosts did not end in the show as Robin dragged the matter to her social media account. Robin posted the video on her Instagram account, commenting, “Talk about way back Wednesday.” She added, “It was 1984, and sure, @gstephanopoulos, I was young and hungry!!”

Everything started with Kirsty Crawford filing an appeal in her sexual harassment complaint against the network and former senior producer Michael Corn, 53. She was working under George at the time of filing according to The Sun.
While all the members of ABC were together supporting the complaint, Robin remarked “If this happened to someone on my team, I would have burned the place down.”
