Robert Crimo has been identified as the Parade Shooter suspect who opened fire killing 6 people and posting YouTube videos.
A 22-year-old rapper is suspected of opening fire at a July 4 parade in a wealthy Chicago neighborhood, killing six people. After 7 o’clock on Monday night local time, police in North Lake Forest, Chicago, apprehended Robert “Bobby” Crimo III after spotting the silver Honda Fit he was last seen driving.
Pictures from the incident show the alleged mass killer being pushed to the ground face-down by police. He has previously made spooky videos online about shooting atrocities.
Is Robert Crimo Jewish? His Religion And Faith Explored
There has been no information on Robert’s religion. As two of the victims from his massacre were Jewish, people have been suspecting that the shooter is Jewish himself.
But he has not opened up about his religious faith with the media and if he is religious at all. The questions are if this was a hate crime inspired by religious beliefs, however, there are no solid proofs about his exact motives.
Cops said that Crimo started shooting from a rooftop towards a throng, who initially mistook the sound of gunfire for Fourth of July fireworks.
There were 26 wounded people in all, ranging in age from eight to 85, and six of them are currently requiring hospital care. Although there is a sizable Jewish community in the region, authorities have not yet disclosed a potential motivation for Monday’s massacre.
The suspect is a “rapper, singer, songwriter, actor & filmmaker from Chicago,” according to his IMDb website.
The music video for the rapper’s song “On My Mind” has received the most views on his YouTube page. The suspect is seen in a classroom in the footage.
Who Is Robert Crimo? His Background Explored
Crimo is a self-made rapper. He has released several songs and one of the most popular videos of his song is named “On My Mind” on Youtube.
It gets off to an innocent enough start with Crimo singing about a classmate he likes. However, Crimo reaches into his bag halfway through. The next shot shows the same classroom in ruins after the screen goes black.
The next scene shows Crimo donning a war helmet and firing gold bullets onto the classroom floor in what may be a preview of what he has been plotting for months.
Both of Crimo’s formerly active channels have been removed for “violating YouTube’s Community Guidelines.”
Who Are Robert Crimo Parents? His Ethnicity Explored
Given that Bob Crimo, Crimo’s father, is running for mayor of the town of Highland Park in 2019, Crimo looks to have a lengthy history with the community. It doesn’t seem like a political party supported his candidacy. He ran with the motto “A Person for the People.”
Owner of Bob’s Pantry & Deli in Highland Park is Bob Crimo. Bob Crimo was seen with his wife Denise in a 2018 article with the Chicago Tribune. He calls his establishment “family-run and family-oriented.”
However, their ethnicity has not been revealed to the public yet. There is no information about his mother yet.
