Gronkowski did not elaborate precisely why he decided to retire in his statement on social media, just stating that after returning from retirement to win a Super Bowl, he is “back to hanging out.”
He did not mention what was ahead for him in his message, only that it may be “sailing the seas.” The reason behind Gronkowski’s retirement might be injuries that lead him to miss five games in the recent season.

In a social media message, Rob Gronkowski seemed to make an exciting hint regarding his plans.
Gronkowski came under pressure from Tampa Bay Buccaneers Leonard Fournette, who also wished the tight end a happy birthday and said, “I’m waiting for you.” Fournette questioned the number of supporters who would wear his jersey to plays in the following season in a different post.
