He fought a lengthy battle with blood cancer, probably complications of kidney disease. Nwadike was set to be flown to India for advanced treatment however, he passed away on March 27 in Abuja.

The late Nwadike was 39 years old young man hailing from Orlu in Imo state in Nigeria.

Given his poor health, the late Imo State indigene singer had cried out for help regarding his finances. His poor financial situation had taken over the media when he was alive.
According to Standard Observers, Nwadike was admitted to the Zenith Medical Centre Abuja when he called out for help.
He had revealed that he went to the hospital thanks to the funds provided by a socialite. He had even urged others to help him survive as he did not want to bid farewell to the world and his family.
Sadly, he has now passed away leaving behind his musical legacy, his fans, family, friends, and young children.
