Alec Baldwin, one of the prominent actors of Hollywood has landed in legal and emotional trouble as of October 22.
The actor is mainly known for his roles in both the TV industry as well as Hollywood. Some of his well-acclaimed movies are “The Edge”, “The Aviator”, “Still Alice”, “Glengarry Glen Ross” and many more.
He has been left emotionally and mentally troubled as he accidentally shot his director and cinematographer on the sets of the new movie ‘Rust’.
Negligent Homicide: Is Alec Baldwin Arrested? Is He Guilty Or Innocent?
Alec Baldwin has become a new member of negligent homicide on the sets of his new movie shooting.
He has not been yet arrested or charged for the death of Halyna Hutchins and the injuries of the director, Joel Souza.
During the shooting of the movie ‘Rust’, Alec had fired from a prop gun but it happened to kill the cinematographer Halyna and injure the director.
Though such a case is very rare to hear of, it is not impossible to happen. Brandon Lee, son of the late martial artist, Bruce Lee had also passed away due to a prop gun fail on March 31, 1993.
The guilty or innocent status of Alec Baldwin cannot be decided as of yet as any legal proceedings have not been filed as of yet.
Even so, the actor was gravely shocked and affected by the incident as he was seen lingering on the roadside after he finished talking with the media.
The incident took place around 2 p.m. on Thursday in New Mexico City during the shooting of the movie “Rust”.
Does The Alleged Murderer Have Political Affiliation?
Alec Baldwin, the unfortunate alleged murderer of the rising director, Halyna Hutchins does have a political affiliation.
He supports the Democratic party but has not publically been involved with the political party as of yet.
Even so, it is for sure that he is one of the notable party supporters given his stance in Hollywood. Meanwhile, the party as well as the Baldwin family have maintained their silence on the case.
Where Does He Stand On Gun Control?
Alec Baldwin has been supported by many that the incident may not be his entire fault as he was not the one who checked the prop gun beforehand.
Given the severity of the incident, a life has gone to waste while another is still under the severe medical eye. Thus, Baldwin should be pleaded guilty in terms of gun control, says another side of the internet.
Meanwhile, investigators are still investigating the shooting location as well as the prop guns and people associated with its management.
