Iain Stirling is a comedian, writer and television presenter. He is from Scotland and is famously known for his role in ‘The Dog Ate My Homework’, ‘BBC Comedy Feeds’, and ‘Help! My School Trip Is Magic’. has performed at places such as The Stand, The Comedy Store, and Off the Kerb.
He also produced the CBBC show, Help! My Supply Teacher’s Magic and host of his own BAFTA nominated children’s show The Dog Ate My Homework. He has also narrated ITV2’s Love Island. Stirling is a comedian and a presenter. In 2012, he made an appearance on Russell Howard’s Good News Extra. From October 2012, he toured with Russell Kane as a warm-up act for Kane’s Posturing Delivery. Iain is 30 years old and hails from Edinburgh – and first got into comedy while he was studying law at Edinburgh University. The latter saw him finish as runner-up to fellow comic Joe Lycett. and ever since Iain has had a pretty successful career having performed at gigs all over the UK.

Stirling has since presented the CBBC Channel along with his canine sidekick Hacker T. Dog. From the CBBC TV show Scoop, and other sidekicks including Dodge the Dog, ‘The Toad of Wisdom’, and ‘Pig With ‘Tasche’. He also worked as a writer on a number of projects such as CBBC and BBC Scotland. He also appeared in Scoop as the postboy in the first four episodes of the new series.
He presents CBBC’s show, Help! My Supply Teacher’s Magic. the show puts magicians in schools and tricks children into thinking they are teachers. Stirling also presented 12 Again, a show in which celebrities talk about what they were like when they were twelve. Stirling also co-presents All Over the Place 2011-2015, 2017. On 1 February 2013, he left the CBBC office but returned in September 2015 for CBBC’s 30th anniversary.

Love Island is a British dating reality show. It is a revival of the previous celebrity series that goes by the same name, which ran for two series in 2005 and 2006 on ITV. The series is presented by Caroline Flack and is narrated by Iain Stirling.on 7 June 2015 the series launched live on ITV2.
