Can you fly to Kul Tiras?
World of Warcraft’s latest update, Patch 8.2: Rise of Azshara, is out today and with it comes the ability to use flying mounts in Kul Tiras, Zandalar, and the two new zones of Nazjatar and Mechagon.
How do I get to Kul Tiras from Stormwind?
When you log on after the release of BFA (or beta atm), a quest will pop up that starts the questline which eventually takes you to Kul Tiras. Once you have opened up a portal from Kul Tiras to Stormwind, via the questline, a new portal will be located in the Mage tower in Stormwind.

As Horde you have to do at least the 1st war campaign, then once you get the flightpath/foothold you can run around to your hearts delight in Kul Tiras and not do any other war campaigns.

Yep. All you need to do as a Horde player to unlock the Kul‘tirans is log out to the Character screen, select create a character and create, level and rep grind on an Alliance toon or you can just faction change a max level Horde toon with all reps exalted to the Alliance and hunt the achievements.
