Why have my Lifx lights gone dark?
If you reset your LIFX, and see one of the issues above, the light is in Rescue Mode. The light will flash dim/bright for a few seconds (LIFX Z will remain dark), and then stop. Wait a minute or so, and the light should start flashing again.
Why do my Lifx lights keep disconnecting?
Turn your bulb off and on. If it does not reappear after about 60 seconds, try power cycling your router, then the bulb again, and wait another minute or so. If you continue to have this issue, please follow our Connectivity Support walkthrough.
