Why is only one strip of my LED lights working?
If the LEDs will not light up at all, then this could be down to a faulty power supply. Solution: If you have several power supplies, then try a different power supply onto the same strip to see if this now works. If it does, then you have a faulty power supply and will need a new one.

Why wont my LED lights turn red?
Most likely it is a poor connection on the Red wire, A standard DVM meter will test LEDS like these, just set to Ohms and place the leads across a red LED and see if it lights up. If that doesn’t do it, reverse lead polarity. The wire has a start and end and is connected to a power outlet.
