I would suggest you consider mounting your Blink Outdoor to yard stakes long term. Paint the stake black to match the camera and it would be very hard to detect, especially at night. Make sure to plant them near bushes and trees so they don’t stand out.
Get a plastic anchor and tap it into the stucco just like you would a drywall anchor, then install your XT. Or fill the hole with silicone, wait for it to cure then the screw should grab. Sugru from amazon, it’s great and I use it.

What is the range of the Sync Module? How far away can camera units be placed? Assuming standard construction techniques (single building, no unusually dense construction materials) the Sync Module should be able to communicate with Blink cameras up to (and perhaps over) 100′ away in any direction.
Hello! Blink cameras cannot function without an active WiFi connection or an online Sync Module. If internet connectivity is lost or if the Sync Module is powered off, the system will go offline until it both are restored.

Best of all, these tiny Blink cameras can be placed just about anywhere. If you’re looking for less obvious home security, the Outdoor, Indoor, and Mini cameras are a good choice.
Overall, the Blink XT2 is an intriguing camera that’s way better than the predecessor I tested years ago. I like the price, I love the free cloud storage and the battery life, if it turns out to be even remotely accurate, will be a huge benefit.
Blink cameras do not offer continuous recording, though you can leave the system armed for any interval of time.
Blink Outdoor versus Blink XT2: Better battery and storage (sold separately) The new Blink Outdoor camera has the same dimensions as the XT2, but a somewhat revamped design. The new Blink Outdoor has the same field of view (FOV), frames per second (FPS), video resolution, and two-year battery life as the XT2.
Ring offers a much more versatile set of devices and power options, with extra features such as light and siren functionality. There are also cameras with two-way audio, and while Blink offers this too, it’s only on the Blink XT2, which is currently only available in the US and Canada.
Blink XT, which was recently purchased by Amazon, does not have a direct way to view their cameras on a computer at this time. According to the Blink Support Forums, this is not possible as they do not have any software that will allow you to view them from your computer.

Blink cameras do not work with Ring. Blink and Ring devices can be used in the same home simultaneously, but they must be set up using separate apps. When both Ring and Blink devices are connected to Alexa, they can work together through Alexa Routines.
