Decide on an approach.

WTF? all by itself appears to be a question, but is a colloquial expression of momentary confusion, surprise, disbelief or shock. As this is not a question, no response is necessary.

Generally, with an emoji or an upvote/downvote…. LMAO generally doesn’t require or even deserve a considered response, just a reaction. You could, of course, ignore it entirely… that’s the way I’d go.
