How to do a live on tiktok

In TikTok, you need to have at least 1000 TikTok followers to shoot live videos. If you have increased your followers and reached this number, the live option will be activated, and you will be able to launch a live broadcast by adding a title.

Open your TikTok app, and log into your account. Tap the plus sign found at the bottom-center section of the screen. Tap the “Live” button, located next to the option to record. Enter the title of your livestream, then tap “Go Live” to start.

Violent and graphic content

TikTok is a platform that celebrates creativity but not shock-value or violence. We do not allow content that is gratuitously shocking, graphic, sadistic, or gruesome or that promotes, normalizes, or glorifies extreme violence or suffering on our platform.

Given that the only requirement for live broadcasts is that the user needs to be over 16 years old, your number of followers and fans won’t have any effect on live videos being enabled for your account.

Before you can go live on TikTok, you’ll need to check whether or not your account is allowed to do so — it’s not available to all accounts. You can only go live on TikTok if your account has at least 1,000 followers. Once you have the ability to go live, you can do so to livestream right from your phone.

TikTok begins paying you starting from 1500 followers, so as your subscribers increase, they will pay you more money. It is estimated that Tik Tok pays around US$ 100 for every 10,000 followers for live shows.

To get unbanned on TikTok live, you can either email TikTok, use the “Share your feedback” form, or report a problem on the app. Alternatively, if your ban is a temporary one, simply wait for it to be lifted.

Make sure that you have clicked on the microphone when you go to duet. The default is no sound, which is why u won’t be able to adjust the volume of original sound.

With a steady connection, you can ensure that your comments don’t get stopped midway through posting. So, we suggest verifying your connection either through an online speed test or simply trying to load web pages.

Clear TikTok’s cache or data.

Some app problems have nothing to do with coding or server issues at all. Corrupted app cache or outdated data may cause TikTok to crash. Try deleting the app’s cache first and see if that will fix the problem. You’ll need sign back in after clearing an app’s data.

TikTok fans were losing it over a rumour that claimed the app was shutting in 2020. TikTok has not addressed the alleged shutdown, making it extremely unlikely the rumour is true; however, it did not stop TikTok users from demanding answers.

But TikTok’s emphasis on popular music means many videos include swearing and sexual lyrics, so it may not be age-appropriate for kids to use on their own.

Danger #2: Data mining, selling, and storage

The first concern many users (and parents of young users) have about TikTok is the way data is stored and potentially shared. “All of these platforms, at least in part, are monetizing your data. That’s what they do. And the more data they have, the more money they can make.
