Deeply blacklisted website Snapdeal offers no account cancelling option whatsoever. They’re also notorious for their lack of decent customer support.
Try to politely ask for account removal here: http://www.snapdeal.com/info/contactus – and hope for a response. Tell them they are blacklisted on XYZ, it might help ;).
