How do I change my heart of Azeroth traits?
In Battle for Azeroth, players who wish to respec their traits in pieces of Azerite Armor will need to visit an Azerite Reforger NPC in Kul Tiras or Zuldazar. Azerite Armor is a new feature in Battle for Azeroth that allows players to choose special traits on their Helm, Shoulders and Chest pieces.

WoW is casual friendly. You will be able to experience everything it has to offer. I’d say Classic is better for casual players and Retail is better for raiding. The world matters a lot less in Retail but the instanced content is more intricate.
